Section 2.02 General purpose: The Fund is organized exclusively for charitable, religous, educational and scientific purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future tax code. The fund shall be a tax exempt Trust Fund to which contributions shall be tax-deductible and shall be used for the purpose of providing charitable donations and shall further provide the means for defraying reasonable expenses of the operation and administration of the Community Assistance Fund, all in accordance with this Agreement and Declaration of Trust.
