Charity Golf Tournament
Our Annual Charity Golf Outing was held on Saturday October 4, 2008, at White Oaks Country Club. This was our fourth year hosting the event, and once again, thanks to our members, and our many loyal supporters, it was another great success.
Local 210 would like to thank everyone who participated, either as a golfer, volunteer, or sponsor for their efforts. We were able to register 152 golfers, and over 60 sponsors. This is a tribute to the hard work, and dedication of everyone involved. Please take a moment to check out our sponsors, and continue to check back to stay up to date with the I.B.E.W. Local 210 Community Assistance Fund This fund was created to allow us to have functions throughout the year, and donate the monies to local charities in the same areas we live and work. It is a registered charitable organization, and to date, we have been able to donate over $16,000 to local charities. Some of these charities include The ALS Association, The Dream Foundation, The American Heart Association, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, March of Dimes, and the ARC of Atlantic County.
